Baylor Press author Shirl Hoffman Ed. D. will be a featured guest on FOX & Friends Super Bowl Sunday Feb. 7. Hoffman will discuss his new book, Good Game: Christianity and the Culture of Sports, in which he exposes the dichotomy between the values Christians pursue in most areas of their lives and the attitudes and behaviors they both accept and promote in the sports arena. Hoffman is an internationally recognized authority in the fields of kinesiology, physical education and the relationship between faith and sports. He has taught at every level of education, coached college basketball and was a gifted high school and college athlete.
