ChristianTrade welcomes new staff member.

ChristianTrade Assoc. Intl. announced the appointment of Kim Pettit to the position of director. Pettit’s assignment as “director” with ChristianTrade includes major marketing and programming responsibilities. Her new role means two executives are prepared to represent ChristianTrade to its various domestic and international audiences.

Prior to joining ChristianTrade, Pettit worked in David C Cook’s Global Mission for 10 years, editing an award-winning journal, developing Sunday school curriculum, and providing Spanish translation services. She previously worked at Focus on the Family. In December 2009, Pettit completed her Master’s degree in Communications at the Univ. of Colorado in Colorado Springs.

“I am excited about the opportunity that working with ChristianTrade affords me to continue partnering with publishers to spread the knowledge of Christ around the world,” says Pettit. “I am also pleased to work more closely with distributors and retailers to strengthen the industry worldwide.”
